Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within the Greater Boston area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston metropolitan area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours weekly (morning/afternoon shifts)
