Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks or semi-trucks) for local deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (current medical certificate)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Houston area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and communication skills
