Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following all traffic laws and FlexiRides safety protocols
- Maintain exceptional customer service through polite communication, vehicle cleanliness, and timely pickups
- Utilize the FlexiRides app to efficiently navigate to pickup locations and optimize routes
- Track earnings and trip details through our user-friendly driver dashboard
- Complete basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure your car meets all safety requirements
- Report any incidents, maintenance issues, or passenger feedback promptly to our support team
- Adhere to FlexiRides dress code and professional appearance standards
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone running iOS 12+ or Android 8+ with reliable data connection
- Personal vehicle model year 2010 or newer in good condition with 4 doors
- Proof of Kansas auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection process
- Strong sense of direction and familiarity with Wichita area geography
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
