Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to passengers using personal vehicle
- Maintain high vehicle cleanliness standards and perform daily safety checks
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation apps for efficient pick-ups/drop-offs
- Track earnings and submit trip reports through our driver portal
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards during all interactions
- Adhere to local traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and GPS capability
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010+ model, 4 seats minimum)
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting NC state requirements
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Must be available for weekend/evening shifts
