Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using your personal vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with proper insurance and registration
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and timely communication
- Optimize earnings by strategically positioning in high-demand areas during peak hours
- Complete trip requests efficiently through the Mountain Rideshare mobile app
- Report maintenance issues or passenger concerns promptly to support team
- Complete required vehicle inspections and document all trips accurately
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred) with current insurance
- Smartphone with reliable data connection for app operation
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle safety inspection
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs area and surrounding communities
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
