Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety standards
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Efficiently navigate Saint Paul metro area using GPS and real-time traffic data
- Complete trips accurately and submit required documentation promptly
- Adhere to all CityRide policies and local traffic regulations
- Report any incidents or vehicle maintenance issues immediately
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data and ability to use the CityRide app
- Minimum age of 21 and ability to pass background/driving record checks
- Strong knowledge of Saint Paul and surrounding metropolitan area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable internet access for app-based trip coordination
