Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders across Raleigh and surrounding areas
- Maintain clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Optimize routes using GPS for efficient pickups and drop-offs
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Process cashless payments and provide receipts as requested
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Maintain high rider satisfaction ratings through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate Raleigh area confidently
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Must pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Availability to work evenings/weekends preferred
