Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers across Virginia Beach and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance and optimal operating condition
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, courteous interactions
- Efficiently navigate using GPS apps while adhering to traffic regulations
- Complete accurate trip documentation and payment processing
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report service needs promptly
- Participate in driver training and performance feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with 2+ years driving experience
- Reliable, 2010+ vehicle (4-door sedan, SUV, or van)
- Smartphone proficiency with rideshare app navigation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak demand periods
- Basic knowledge of Virginia Beach geography
