Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle with proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Track and report earnings through the driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Must pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Knowledge of New Orleans streets and landmarks preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Minimum age of 21 with insurable driving record
