Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders across Saint Paul and surrounding areas
- Maintain a 4.8+ driver rating through exceptional customer service
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness standards
- Optimize routes using the CityRide app for maximum efficiency
- Report maintenance issues promptly to our support team
- Complete 15+ weekly rides to maintain active driver status
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- 2020+ 4-door vehicle in excellent condition
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Saint Paul metro area
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (minimum 20hrs/week)
