Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Utilize GPS navigation to efficiently pick up and drop off passengers across Virginia Beach
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and prompt communication
- Complete trip documentation and submit required reports accurately and on time
- Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Access to a 4-door sedan or larger vehicle in good condition passing inspection
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and ability to use rideshare applications
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach geography and major landmarks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to passenger safety
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
