Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to passengers using the FlexRide DC app
- Maintain excellent vehicle hygiene and presentation standards
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation for timely pickups/drop-offs
- Handle cashless transactions and process payments through the app
- Submit trip reports and maintain accurate ride documentation
- Adhere to all DC traffic regulations and FlexRide safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every ride interaction
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with reliable smartphone and data plan
- Own a 4-door vehicle (2010+ model) in excellent condition
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Washington, DC metropolitan area
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management
- Prior customer service experience preferred
