Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, and sensitive documents to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Ensure the secure handling of temperature-sensitive items and adhere to strict biohazard safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, locations, and package conditions.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Communicate professionally with medical staff and dispatch teams via two-way radios and mobile apps.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3-5 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate Phoenix traffic efficiently.
