- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare facility staff during transfers
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness of transport equipment
- Follow strict time-sensitive delivery schedules for urgent medical materials
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in medical transport preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Ability to lift packages up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
