Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, documents, and equipment to hospitals and clinics within the Pittsburgh area.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols to ensure the integrity of sensitive materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is ready for daily operations.
- Accurately record delivery information and update tracking systems in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and patients at delivery sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple stops efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift packages and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable smartphone for navigation and digital logging.
- Basic knowledge of geography in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.
