Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceutical products across Laredo healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and biohazard handling procedures
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with clinic staff to optimize pickup/delivery schedules
- Communicate delivery status updates via our mobile app
- Represent MedTrans Express with professionalism and reliability
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (must pass MVR check)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication apps
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate medical facility environments
- Reliable transportation to/from shift start location
