- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, medications, and confidential documents between healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards and chain-of-custody protocols
- Utilize GPS navigation for efficient route planning and real-time tracking
- Complete detailed delivery documentation and electronic manifests
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and clinic personnel
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and routine maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Previous medical courier or healthcare logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs with equipment
