Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Stockton
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize time efficiency
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Stockton's streets and neighborhoods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation apps
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
