Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated addresses within the Raleigh metro area.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring items are handled with care and remain undamaged.
- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures where required.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (sedan, SUV, or small van).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
