Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and essentials to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via our app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing when required
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
- Basic math skills for payment processing
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
