Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses across Detroit
- Load/unload deliveries with care while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Detroit neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
