Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Oakland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when requiredOptimize delivery routes using provided navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals
- Inspect vehicles for safety and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Must own reliable smartphone with data plan for route communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong knowledge of Oakland streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
