Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and products to designated Kansas City locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency using GPS navigation tools
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with warehouse duties when not actively delivering (loading/unloading)
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong time management and route-planning abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable transportation to/from shift start points
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of Kansas City metro area neighborhoods strongly preferred
