Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food orders, and merchandise to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide outstanding customer service with professional communication and on-time arrivals
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and fuel efficiency
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid registration and insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Basic knowledge of Honolulu neighborhoods and traffic patterns
