Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight within Honolulu and surrounding areas
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip for compliance and safety
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and Hawaii traffic laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with airbrakes endorsement
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Honolulu geography and traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
