Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial freight vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year freight/delivery experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of LA metro area geography
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
