Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across Orlando metro area
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and clients
- Assist in warehouse operations during downtime
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of Orlando area and surrounding routes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital logs
