Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight between warehouses and delivery sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Accurately document delivery manifests and maintain electronic logs
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Adapt routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Reno metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
