Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (gravel, dirt, asphalt) to job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for all hauls
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Manage daily truck cleaning and minor operational adjustments
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical job duties
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and transport methods
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
