Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, or waste to designated sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each assignment
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Support team members in maintaining efficient workflow and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience operating dump trucks or heavy machinery
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metro area routes and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
