Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction debris, soil, and aggregate materials to designated sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all hauling operations
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols during all transport activities
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Support emergency hauling operations as needed to maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of local Anaheim/Orange County roadways and construction sites
- Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception for safe maneuvering in tight spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from our Anaheim yard
