Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and soil across job sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all transport activities
- Coordinate with site supervisors to optimize delivery schedules and routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Assist in loading/unloading materials with proper equipment handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience operating dump trucks or heavy machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with Seattle-area traffic patterns and construction zones
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
