Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (soil, gravel, construction debris)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Navigate diverse terrain and job sites in Kern County
- Represent our company professionally with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
