Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages and documents throughout Washington DC
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC area streets
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
