Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Tucson and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to a professional appearance and maintaining a clean vehicle.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Manage cash or digital payments and handle customer inquiries courteously.
- Obey all traffic laws and ensure the safety of pedestrians and other drivers.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A reliable personal vehicle suitable for local delivery (sedan, SUV, or cargo van).
- Access to a smartphone with a data plan for navigation and order updates.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate the Tucson area efficiently.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation systems.
