Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Richmond, VA area.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Inspect vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after routes.
- Follow designated delivery routes and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures as required.
- Utilize handheld devices to manage delivery status and customer communication.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to a vehicle) in good working condition.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Proficient smartphone usage for navigation and dispatch updates.
- Basic English communication skills.
