Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation to/from designated depot
