Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Collect packages from the distribution center and deliver them to customer doorsteps in a timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and handle customer signatures or digital confirmations.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and safety before and after each shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to utilize company vehicle).
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
