Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial destinations throughout Washington, DC.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving safety protocols at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict delivery schedules and time windows.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling questions and feedback with a positive attitude.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical condition.
- Load and unload merchandise using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and liability insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management skills.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred but not required.
