Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, or retail orders to customers within designated San Antonio zones
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Ensure orders are handled with care and delivered in optimal condition
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating company vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status updates and delays through our mobile app
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Strong time management skills to meet delivery windows
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio neighborhoods and major roadways
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
