Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Sacramento metro area.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are in good condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling payments and signatures as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status and logs via our mobile app in real-time.
- Assist with loading and unloading heavy items when necessary.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access for navigation and logging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Must be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
