- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated Raleigh neighborhoods
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking through our mobile app and customer communication system
- Verify order accuracy before departure and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to ensure seamless order handoffs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and punctuality

- Availability to work evenings and weekends (15-25 hours/week)
