Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers within Portland metro area
- Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch team via our delivery app
- Verify order accuracy and handle payments/cash transactions securely
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrival
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain clean, professional appearance
- Report delivery issues, customer feedback, and maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use delivery apps
- Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs/uneven terrain
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
