Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers across Portland using company-provided vehicles
- Verify order accuracy and maintain food safety standards during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize fuel consumption
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness of delivery equipment
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time navigation and delivery tracking
- Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate delivery records
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Strong knowledge of Portland neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
