Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across the Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via app updates
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Assist with warehouse tasks when not actively delivering
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid insurance
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
