Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional tone.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and safety before and after every shift.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to manage delivery status and customer notifications.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, tire pressure) as needed.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficient in using smartphone applications for navigation and task management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for commercial driving duties.
- Basic English communication skills.
