Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to customers' doorsteps.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures when required.
- Utilize the mobile app to update delivery status in real-time.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle organized and well-stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan (iPhone or Android).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be 18 years or older.
