Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across New York City in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon successful drop-off.
- Use handheld devices to manage delivery status, route navigation, and customer communication.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with unloading packages and ensuring they are in good condition.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License.
- A clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (soda, SUV, or van) in good working condition.
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) capable of running delivery apps.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English reading and speaking skills for navigation and customer interaction.
