Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the New York area.
- Ensure all deliveries are made safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
- Use the mobile app to track routes, manage customer interactions, and update delivery statuses.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve any delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, SUV, or van) in good working condition.
- A smartphone with a data plan for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
