Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout NYC
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatchers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution hub
- Report maintenance issues or delivery concerns promptly to management
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to navigate NYC streets confidently using GPS or maps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable smartphone with data access
- Must be at least 18 years old
